The Australian Aerospace Alliance (AAA) was established to provide Australian aerospace companies with the opportunity to partner with other smart, innovative companies to develop the tools for industry that can drive and expand into overseas markets. Significant benefits can be delivered from alliancing to customers no matter where they are in the world.
Whilst initially launched with companies in South Australia this Alliance is now leading the way and being expanded to represent the aerospace industry nationally. In doing so the AAA will be able to harness the very best capabilities that enhance its ability to compete and secure work on the global stage.
The involvement of small to medium sized aerospace companies provides the potential to create significant further opportunities to improve their operational capability and invest in new technology. The member companies gain some of the advantages of greater scale that larger organisations enjoy without losing the dynamic flexibility that is often the burden of a full-scale vertical integration or merger.
Participating in the Australian Aerospace Alliance aims to assist aerospace Companies build supply chains intelligently, learn from good practice wisely, and monitor trends in the business, technology and research environments to align their own strategies with those of their customers.
